Very Helpful--Easy To Digest--From a Codependent Advocate
As a codependent recovery advocate and coach, I am always looking for books that can help clear up dynamics that surround the issues related to codependency.
A Counselor's take on "Boundaries: Where You End and I begin"
As a counselor, I am constanty seeking information for treatment of co-dependency and boundaries issues.
It's never to late to improve yourself & make positive changes
I am going through a nasty divorce & since the split I have had alot of questions surfacing that I never thought about before.
Solid book, unoriginal material
Well, I guess I don't know what came first, but I felt like the book didn't really give me new tools beyond what I'd learned in books like Narcissism and Intimacy.
Good primer
I read this book before I read Where to Draw the Line, and I think that was a good way to do it.
Easy Reading and helpful basic information
This book is a good basic primer for those who need help understanding the concept of boundaries.
