Dark Metal Without The Lame Anti-Religious & Political Crap
Immortal plays as heavy and cold as any of the so-called \"black metal\" bands but they transcend the cliche's about anti-Christianity and satanism lyrics of retarded crap bands like Gorgoroth.

Surprisingly good album from a genre that's historically weak
Black metal is a genre of metal that a person either likes or they don't like.

A Perfect Farewell Album... Or So We Thought.
The mighty IMMORTAL could have bowed out with this being their final opus and truly lived on forever as tr00 metal legends...

Not a fan of Black Metal, This one is different
The only so called Black metal I listen too is old school Venom,Celtic Frost and Bathory, but this album by Immortal seems old school and they can actually play well.

Pleasantly surpised!
Ironically, I found this CD on clearance while killing time with some friends before going to see the black metal documentary \"Until the Light Takes us\".
