TCP/IP Illustrated, Volume 1: The Protocols (Addison-Wesley Professional Computing Series)
I have found this updated version very useful and, while some have complained that IPv6 is intermingled, I think this was a great decision as it is should become standard knowledge rather than some appendix people ignore.

Great update to classic tome.
