- Boil diced potatoes until soft, drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions, cook until soft.
- Add the potatoes and seaosning to the pan and mix until well coated, cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve as a side dish alongside your favourite curry.
