Be VERY cautious in using this as it misaligned my bite.

Easy to use and fit..

Pros: very comfortable, soft material for your upper teeth to rest on with a harder outer coating, smaller than the other brand I have used , easy to mold to correct shape
Cons: fell apart very quickly with regular use.
