I went from those stock tacky plastic sights on a G21 gen3 to these, and I will say that for what I paid plus being able to install them myself without so much as a single nick, chip, scratch, or gouge on the slide or the new sights, I got one unbeatable deal, the only complaint I have is that there was no light showing between the front and rear sight post with the stock "uglies.
